WORK INSPECTED:
Units 108/208, 408/508 & 708-808 – Final Report
OBSERVATIONS:
• All new post tension cables have been restressed and all hardware has been installed.
• Cable ends have been cut at the slab edge and allowed for proper concrete coverage.
• The repaired areas have new waterproofing and are ready for paint by the painting contractor.
• Stucco has been applied at the ceiling of full depth repairs.
• Owners are responsible to replace any screen enclosures that were removed, at their own expense & under a
separate permit.
All work to date is in compliance with recommendations as indicated in the permitted documents.
A final certification letter is attached.
