The in-place density tests were performed within the foundation/
building pad footprint of the referenced residential lot. The test
results either meet or exceed the requirements of the FHA/HUD
manual and the current edition of the Florida Building Code for soil
compaction. The Contractor is responsible for maintaining the tested
soil subgrade in the same condition that existed at the time UES
performed the referenced density tests. UES is not responsible if the
tested area is altered from the approved condition at the time of
testing.
