RESPONSE:
Please refer to mechanical sheets M0.1, M2.1 & M2.1.1 for mechanical
information on A/C split system for non-habitable electric room space.
Ventilation design and required calculations / schedules for intake and
exhaust of equipment and Gel / Grinding booths shall be defined and
provided by a specialty industrial ventilation consultant and will be a
defined in manufacturer shop drawings.
We respectfully request the ventilation data be considered as a "Deferred
Submittal" and tied to a milestone inspection as a condition of approval,
but not hold up issuance of the building permit.

ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS, THERE ARE MULTIPLE CONFLICTS
BETWEEN COMPONENTS AND CLADDING ON THE ARCHITECTURAL
AND THE VULCAN DRAWINGS.
ALSO NOTE, MULTIPLE PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBERS ON THE
VULCAN DRAWINGS SHOW- THERE ARE NO RECORDS THAT

RESPONSE:
Please refer to the revised cover sheet CV-1; Product Approval Checklist
for corrected product approvals received from the building manufacturer.
Architectural drawings referencing metal building components were
prepared using approvals provided by Vulcan Steel Structures
representative.
Architect has verified the approvals listed on Product Approval Checklist
on sheet CV-1 are valid & current on the Florida DBPR Product Approval
website.

THE DISTANCE WILL AFFECT THE UNLIMITED ALLOWABLE
BUILDING AREA, IN SECTION 507.4 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
CODE.

of the "Public Way" for measurement of Open Space which is defined
under section 507 of the FBC 2020, Seventh Edition.
