give you the outstanding service we are known for, I have obtained measurements of
your roof via satellite measurement services we work with, attached are our most popular
roofing options that we install the most of these estimates are based on your home
square footage, slope and levels (stories). as with many construction products there are
many more options we would be happy to quote, once you have looked these over and
narrowed in on an option of interest, please let me know and I will send a more formal proposal

SCOPE OF WORK:
Remove existing roof system on the primary house at the above address and dispose of the
same. We are assuming that there is one layer of roofing materials, and one layer of
30# felt paper to remove. If the roof is different from this additional charges to remove the
additional material will be added Nail off plywood to existing code If there is any rotted
plywood it will be replaced at a rate of ($85.00 per sheet) Any other needed repairs on
the SOFFIT, FASCIA and SUB FASCIA will be made at $65 per hour/ per man plus
material cost
All materials will be installed per Florida Building Code
1. Install 1 layer of FL Approved SWR Weatherlock G or similar underlayment
2. Install new 3x3 Galvalume drip edge nailed C 4" oc
3. Install starter shingles on roof eves
4. Install Owens Corning Duration or similar shingles with 6 nails per shingle
5. Install Hip and ridge shingles
6. Remove and replace existing ridge vent with Omni or Ventsure.
7. Install new lead boots to vent stacks

EDIFICIUM CONSTRUCTION will procure all needed permits GUTTERS EDIFICIUM
CONSTRUCTION will remove all gutters around the building and discard them they
cannot be re installed If new gutters are wanted it will be the owner's
responsibility to install new gutters. In the event that the owner wants to leave the
gutters in place, please be aware that there is a possibility that the gutters will get
damaged, if that happens EDIFICIUM will not be responsible for the loss
EDIFICIUM warranties that this Shingle roof will not leak for 10 years under normal
conditions. EDIFICIUM will repair any leaf in this time period Any hurricane force
winds void this warranty Please note although great care will be taken to protect all
plants and grass from any damage some minor damage may occur. Grass, in the
path around the house will be walked on multiple times daily. While this will
cause some stress to the grass EDIFICIUM can not be responsible for replacing
any sod Plants around the house will be covered by a tarp during the removal
process and the weight of this may cause some damage to foliage. Because we take
great care to avoid this EDIFICIUM will not be responsible for damaged plants. Metal
roofs can reveal previously unnoticeable deficiencies in a roof surface These can be seen as
but not limited to humps ripples and waviness If these are present a metal roof can make
there stand out Please examine your roof surface for any of these and let us know if
you would like to hire a general contractor to fix these areas before we start

Payment: 30% deposit 30% when underlayment is installed, balance when job is complete.
Acceptance of proposal, and the terms on the reverse side are hereby accepted OIR LLC is authorized to do the
work specified
