SCOPE:
This NOA is being issued under the applicable rules and regulations governing the use of construction materials. The
documentation submitted has been reviewed and accepted by Miami -Dade County RER - Product Control Section to be
used in Miami Dade County and other areas where allowed by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
This NOA shall not be valid after the expiration date stated below. The Miami -Dade County Product Control Section
(In Miami Dade County) and/or the AHJ (in areas other than Miami Dade County) reserve the right to have this product
or material tested for quality assurance purposes. If this product or material fails to perform in the accepted manner, the
manufacturer will incur the expense of such testing and the AHJ may immediately revoke, modify, or suspend the use
of such product or material within their jurisdiction. RER reserves the right to revoke this acceptance, if it is
determined by Miami -Dade County Product Control Section that this product or material fails to meet the requirements
of the applicable building code.
This product is approved as described herein, and has been designed to comply with the Florida Building Code
including the High Velocity Hurricane Zone of the Florida Building Code.
DESCRIPTION: Titanium® UDL25, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, Titanium® X30, Titanium® PSU30,
RhinoRoof U10, RhinoRoofe U20, RhinoRooe Granulated, RhinoRoof Metal, Tri-Built,
ABC Pro Guard 20, and SRS TopShield TS20 Underlayments
LABELING: Each unit shall bear a permanent label with the manufacturer's name or logo, city, state and following
statement: "Miami -Dade County Product Control Approved", unless otherwise noted herein.
RENEWAL of this NOA shall be considered after a renewal application has been filed and there has been no change
in the applicable building code negatively affecting the performance of this product.
TERMINATION of this NOA will occur after the expiration date or if there has been a revision or change in the
materials, use, and/or manufacture of the product or process. Misuse of this NOA as an endorsement of any product, for
sales, advertising or any other purposes shall automatically terminate this NOA. Failure to comply with any section of
this NOA shall be cause for termination and removal of NOA.
ADVERTISEMENT: The NOA number preceded by the words Miami -Dade County, Florida, and followed by the
expiration date may be displayed in advertising literature. If any portion of the NOA is displayed, then it shall be done
in its entirety.
INSPECTION: A copy of this entire NOA shall be provided to the user by the manufacturer or its distributors and
shall be available for inspection at the job site at the request of the Building Official.
This NOA revises NOA No. 19-0904.01 and consists of pages 1 through 6.

Deck Description: 19/32" or greater plywood or wood plank
System E (1): Base sheet mechanically fastened to deck, subsequent cap membrane self- adhered.
All General and System Limitations shall apply.
Base sheet: One or more plies of ASTM D226, Type II or ASTM D2626 applied with minimum 4" side
laps and minimum 6" vertical laps and mechanically fastened as noted below.
Fastening: Miami -Dade approved nails & metal/tin caps spaced 6"o.c. at the 4" side laps and two
staggered rows 12"o.c. in the field of the sheet.
Membrane: One or more plies of Titanium& PSU-30 or RhinoRoofe Metal, self -adhered, with 3"
horizontal laps and minimum 6" vertical laps. Place the first course of Titanium® PSU-30
parallel to the eave, using a heavy pressure roller under safe conditions to further secure the
membrane.
Surfacing: Titanium® PSU-30 or RhinoRoof' Metal underlayments are approved for asphalt shingles,
metal roofing, wood shakes & shingles, and quarry slate roof assemblies. RhinoRoof'
Granulated is approved for asphalt shingles, and wood shakes & shingles.

INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Titanium®X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, RhinoRoof U10, RhinoRoofO U20, RhinoRoofe
Granulated, RhinoRoof@ Metal, Titanium® UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, SRS TopShield TS20 and
Titanium® PSU30 Underlayments shall be installed in strict compliance with applicable Building Code.
2. Titanium® X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titaniumg UDL50, RhinoRooft U10, RhinoRoof@ U20, RhinoRoof@
Granulated, RhinoRoof@ Metal, Titanium® UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, and SRS TopShield TS20
underlayments shall be installed with a minimum 4-inch side lap in a shingle layer fashion. Titanium® PSU30
shall be installed with a 3-inch side lap in a shingle layer fashion.
3. Titanium' X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, RhinoRoofg U10, RhinoRoof@ U20, Titanium®
UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, and SRS TopShield TS20 underlayments shall be fastened with Miami -
Dade approved corrosion resistant tin -caps and 12 gauge 1 ''/4" annular ring -shank nails, spaced 6" o.c. at all
laps and three staggered rows fastened 12" o.c. in the field of the roll.
4. Titanium® X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, RhinoRooft U10, RhinoRoof@ U20, RhinoRoofs
Granulated, RhinoRoon Metal, Titanium® UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, and SRS TopShield TS20
underlayments may be used with Asphaltic shingles, Wood shakes and shingles, Non-structural metal roofing,
and quarry slate. Titanium® X30, Titanium® PSU30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, RhinoRoof§
U10, RhinoRooft U20, RhinoRoofg Granulated, RhinoRoofg Metal, Titanium@ UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro
Guard 20, and SRS TopShield TS20 Synthetic Underlayments shall not be used as roof tile underlayments.
5. For fire classification of specific roof assemblies using Titanium® X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium®
UDL50, RhinoRoof@ U10, RhinoRoof@ U20, RhinoRoof@ Granulated, RhinoRoof@ Metal, Titanium®
UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, SRS TopShield TS20 and Titanium® PSU30 Underlayments, refer to a
current Approved Roofing Materials Directory for fire ratings of this product.
BUILDING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:
Application for building permit shall be accompanied by copies of the following:
1. This Notice of Acceptance.
2. Any other documents required by the Building Official or applicable building code in order to properly
evaluate the installation of this material.
LIMITATIONS:
1. Fire classification is not part of this acceptance; refer to a current Approved Roofing Materials Directory for
fire ratings of this product.
2. This acceptance is for prepared roofing applications. Minimum deck requirements shall be in compliance with
applicable building code.
3. Titanium® X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, RhinoRoof@ U10, RhinoRoofg U20, RhinoRoof®
Granulated, RhinoRooM Metal, Titanium® UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, SRS TopShield TS20 and
Titanium® PSU30 underlayments shall be applied to a smooth, clean and dry surface with deck free of
irregularities. All nails in the deck shall be carefully checked for protruding heads. Re -fasten any loose
decking panels. Sweep the deck thoroughly to remove any dust and debris prior to application.

LIMITATIONS:
4. Titanium® X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, RhinoRoof® U10, RhinoRoof@ U20, RhinoRoof(&
Granulated, RhinoRoof§ Metal, Titanium® UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, SRS TopShield TS20 and
Titanium® PSU30 underlayments shall not be hot mopped. Refer to manufacturer's published literature for
product compatibility.
5. Titanium® X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, RhinoRoof@ U10, RhinoRoof® U20, RhinoRoof®
Granulated, RhinoRoof@ Metal, Titanium® UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, SRS TopShield TS20 and
Titanium® PSU30 underlayments shall not be applied over an existing roof membrane as a recover system.
6. RhinoRoof@ U10, RhinoRoof@ U20, ABC Pro Guard 20, and SRS TopShield TS20 underlayments shall not
be left exposed as a temporary roof for longer than 60 days after application. Titanium® X30, Titanium®
UDL25, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, and Titanium® PSU30 self -adhering underlayment shall not
be left exposed as a temporary roof for longer than 180 days after application. RhinoRoof@ Metal self.
adhering underlayment shall not be left exposed as a temporary roof for longer than 90 days after application.
TriBuilt and RhinoRooft Granulated self -adhering underlayment shall not be left exposed as a temporary roof
for longer than 30 days after application.
7. Titanium® X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, RhinoRoofo U10, RhinoRoof@ U20, RhinoRoof@
Granulated, RhinoRoof(O Metal, Titanium® UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, SRS TopShield TS20 and
Titanium® PSU30 underlayments are components used in roof system assemblies. Roof system assemblies are
approved under a specific Notice of Acceptance. Refer to Prepared Roofing System Product Control Notice of
Acceptance for listed approval of this product with specific prepared roofing products,
8. Titanium® X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, RhinoRoof@ U10, RhinoRoofa U20, RhinoRoofs
Granulated, RhinoRoof@ Metal, Titanium® UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, SRS TopShield TS20 and
Titanium® PSU30 underlayments may be used with any approved roof covering Notice of Acceptance listing
Titanium® X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, RhinoRoof@ U10, RhinoRoof@ U20, RhinoRoofa
Granulated, RhinoRoof(9 Metal, Titanium® UDL25, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, SRS TopShield TS20 and
Titanium® PSU30 underlayments as a component part of an assembly in the Notice of Acceptance. If
Titanium® X30, Titanium® UDL30, Titanium® UDL50, RhinoRoof@ U10, RhinoRooft U20, RhinoRoofo
Granulated, RhinoRoof@ Metal, TriBuilt, ABC Pro Guard 20, SRS TopShield TS20, Titanium® UDL25, and
Titanium® PSU30 underlayments are not listed, a request may be made to the Authority Having Jurisdiction
(AHJ) or the Miami -Dade County Product Control Department for approval provided that appropriate
documentation is provided to detail compatibility of the products, wind uplift resistance, and fire testing
results.
9. All membranes or packaging shall bear the imprint or identifiable marking of the manufacturer's name or logo
and the following statement: "Miami -Dade County Product Control Approved" or the Miami -Dade County
Product Control Seal as shown below.

10. All products listed herein shall have a quality assurance audit in accordance with the Florida Building Code
and Rule 61 G20-3 of the Florida Administrative Code.
