This Response to the above Property Owners in reference to Construction of a wing to the
Existing Concrete Driveway, The Permits has been paid for as shown on Receipt# 0000169665
By owner Willie C Ewing JR, back in 12/04/2020, as for the inspection the Correct Termite
Spray was applied and verified by Pest One Solutions LLC Ft Pierce FI. 34947 on December 4th
2020 prior to concrete slab poured. The concrete slab was supplied by CEMEX with a Fiber mix
which was professionally poured and finish, there is also a sketch showing the 4" thickness of
the concrete slab and the 8-10' from the existing property easement line. Per my inspection for
the finish process this is all good to go and in compliance with the 2017 FBC 61 Edition.

termites prior to concreate slab poured.
