Mathers Engineering Corporation visited the job site and made the following observations of the
ongoing concrete restoration and repairs of exterior balconies:
Site Observations thru 04/27/2021:
Stack#2:
• Unit 102: Shutters removed.
• Unit 202: Shutters remove.
• Unit 302: Shutters and guardrail removed.
• Unit 402: Shutters and tile removed.
• Unit 502: Shutters, guardrail and tile removed.
• Unit 602: Shutters and tile removed.
• Unit 702: Shutters and guardrail removed.
