Threshold Inspections for the above referenced project were performed from January 19,2021 through May 6,2021. OBSERVATIONS: Unit 214 • Hurricane shutter tracks have been removed from the top and bottom of the slab. • The screen enclosure was removed at Unit 114 below. • Balcony edge demo is complete and the corroded reinforcing has been exposed. • The bars appear to be in serviceable condition and will require power tool cleaning and coating with the specified corrosion inhibitor. • The area of edge repair was limited to the south comer only,approximately 3 square feet. Unit 314 • Waterproofing and decorative coating has been applied to the repaired areas. • Stucco at the repaired areas has been applied to match existing and painted with a primer. • Hurricane shutter tracks have been re-installed and the top and bottom of the slab by the shutter contractor. Unit 514 • The existing screen enclosure has been removed. • Hurricane shutters did not require removal. • The balcony edge demo is complete and the corroded reinforcing has been exposed. • The bars appear to be in serviceable condition and will require power tool cleaning and coating with the specified corrosion inhibitor. • Area of repair was limited to approximately 2 square feet at the edge. Unit 614 • Hurricane shutter tracks have been removed from top and bottom of the slab edge. • The balcony edge demo is complete and the corroded reinforcing has been exposed. • The bars appear to be in serviceable condition and will require power tool cleaning and coating with the specified corrosion inhibitor. • Area of edge repair was the entire length of balcony,approximately 12 feet.
