This Solar Home Improvement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Solar Bear LLC (“Solar Bear”, “we” or “Contractor”) and
you (“Customer”) for the sale and installation of the solar system described below (the “Project” or the “System”) at your home
(the “Property” or your “Home”). The Parties agree as follows:
