Heating & Cooling Load calculations Product approval documents Here are the responses to your plan review of 8/05/2021: DOCUMENTS MISSING (Deanna Givens) The General Contractor and his subs will provide the requested documents at time to obtain the permit. FIRE (Tony Jerger) 1. All rooftop HVAC units have a smoke detector in the return air duct, per Detail 5/M1.1 as originally submitted. We will arrange for our equipment vendor to include a horn strobe for this project per the comment. 2. The sprinkler contractor shall submit drawings for alteration to the sprinkler system as a deferred submittal. 3. We had shown locations for portable fire extinguishers on the fixture plan Sheet A5 as originally submitted. We understand that it is to the discretion of the fire inspector to require additional extinguishers during final inspection. MECHANICAL (Steve Poreba) 1. The Mechanical Engineer has provided heating and cooling load calculations, hereby enclosed. Store Development 123 S. The Plumbing Engineer has revised Sheet P1 for compliance with current Florida Plumbing Code. PLAN EXAMINER (Mike Halter) 1. The sign vendor shall apply for separate permit, as noted on the Life Safety Note 11 on Sheet AO as originally submitted. 2. The Contractor shall provide structural shop drawings for your review per your comment. 3. We will provide the Special Inspector form through the Contractor at time of permit issuance. 4. Attached are product approval forms for the entrance doors, storefront (modification of existing storefront. 5. The Structural Engineer has provided anew detail for enlarging the delivery door opening on Sheet S 1.1. I believe we have provided satisfactory responses to your plan review for approval for permit.
