Shortly after faxing the letter, we received a call from a woman who said that she needed to know why the contract with Xtreme was being cancelled. She spoke with Mr. Harold Rigsby. After he, explained to her the reason for the switch, she thanked him and said that was all of the 'lpformatlan that she needed. Please note that the required number of stalls was calculated based upon the Florida Accessibility Code (copy attached) and the Florida Building Code (copy attached). The calculations were provided on the approved site plan (copy attached) showing that for the 220 spaces required for the commercial square footage, 7 HC stalls were required. We provided a total of 8 HC stalls on the project. Both Codes are based upon the Total Parking Lot not for the individual buildings. Please call me with any questions at 561-478-7961. Thanks. Such spaces shall be designed and marked for exclusive use of those individuals who have a severe physical disability and have permanent or temporary mobility problems that substantially impair their ability to ambulate and who have been issued either a disabled parking permit under Section 316.1958 or 320.0848, Florida Statutes, or a license plate under Section 320.084, 320.0842, 320.0843, or 320.0845, Florida Statutes.
