NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the'Board 'of County Commissioners of.St. Lucie
'County, Florida:
A. Pursuant to Section 11.02.0.5 of the St: Lucie County Land.. D_ evelopment Code, the site
plan for the project known as Growne Plaza, is hereby approved as shown on -'the site plan
draw ngs.for the, project prepared Mathews Consulting, Inc.,,dated December 1,'2003, an.d date
stamped received by the :St. Lucie County :Community Development Director on December 1,
2003, for -the property described below, subject to the following conditions
1. The developer, his successors orassi;gns.,shall.provideaconservation. easement
to St. Lucie County for the preserve area. Such easementshall'be in perpetuity, in
favor of;St.:Lucie County; include a Habitat Management Plan, and. provide:forthe
long term maintenance of the preserve area,
2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the developer, his successors or
assigns, shall provide a Joint•access;agreement for the shared driveway on -the
east boundary of:the subject property.
