Dear Dwayne:
Thank you for submitting your request for approval to install a rear screen room
The Architectural Control Committee is pleased to approve your request as submitted.
Please be advised, if the screens ever become faded, torn or in disrepair and become
an eyesore, you must replace them with new screens. Additionally, you must obtain the
necessary permits from the County, complying to the local codes for the above item.
Please note that if you choose not to install a new screen room, the existing structure
needs to be removed.
