Any unforeseen objects, other then natural deposits, will be additional cost to homeowner to

- 6 inch by 12 inch tumbled travertine, homeowners color of choice.
- "Thermo -Seal' behind waterline tile to prevent leaks.
Anything above allotted budge will be considered a change order and is responsibility of
homeowner .Due Upon acceptance.
Deck:
To be constructed per plan / per design.
Includes:
- 3 cm Travertine, pattern and size of choice with an allotted budget of $4.85 per sq ft - Deck bonding
below the deck per the National Electrical Code for grounding around the perimeter of swimming pool.

- 2 inch decko- drain, color to match traveretine deck.

Insurance and licensing:
General Liability - $1,000,000.
Personal Injury - $1,000,000.
General Aggregate - $2,000,000.

Copy of Insurance Certificate and State Registered License provided to HOA and Governing municipality
Any landscaping and sod is the responsibility of homeowner to replace, more then 3 ft around the
deck area.
Contractor is not liable for any sprinkler or damaged to construction access, although we protect
to the greatest length possible in a professional manner.
All projects are to completed in a professional and timely manner.
All safety barriers are to be upgraded To meet building regulations -
responsible by homeowner.
