Mitigation All native vegetation shall be proteated on site to the greatest extent possible. If unpagt is unavoidable, mitigation shall be p.ovlded through one of the mitigation methodologies outlined in Land Developmeat Code Section 6.00.05.D. provide mitigation calculatiors per Land Development Code Section 6.00.05.D and include a mitigation plan outlining proposed mitigatiou method on the tree survey an#or site plan. If sufficient mitigation caonot be accommodated on-site and additional inches of credit are required based on calculation, an offrsite mitigation plan shall be attached for review and approval of ERD Director (Land Development Code Section 6.00.05.D). Prior to the issuance of any authorization for commencement of pemritted development activity, the replacement vegetation shall be preserved, relocated or planted, or the appropriate mitigation fees shall be paid to tle County.
