We propose to furnish all labor and material to remodel your CABANA. Our scope of work
includes the following:
1. Designs and planning
2. Job supervision
3. Floor and dust protection
1-u.
Remove & dispose of bathroom cabinets & mirror, counter tops, disconnect & dispose of
all vanity plumbing & toilet. Remove shower glass enclosure. Remove exhaust fan.
Remove base molding. Uninstall vanity lighting temporarily to remove mirror.
Keep & Do Not Disturb: Entire shower surround, Tile flooring
Keep & Reuse: Vanity Lighting, shelf over toilet
5. Debris removal fees
6. Interior walls:
Repair walls after mirror & toilet accessories has been removed
7. Doors & Trim:
Install the following:
Baseboard: 1x6 Flat Stock Molding
Install new door hardware with deadbolt:
8. Plumbing:
Install plumbing fixtures:
All plumbing fixtures to be polished chrome
Sink: Kohler Caxton
Faucet: Moen Genta
Shower Head & Valve trim
Toilet: Sterling
9. Electrical:
Install the following:
Reinstall existing vanity light in same location
Update one outlet & plate due to yellowing
Update can light in shower with LED trim
Update exhaust fan: Panasonic FV-08-11VQ1 (no light)
Update bulbs in vanity light fixture to match LED can light
Update 4 gang plate only (not switches)
10. Cabinets:
Purchase and install new Showplace Evo
Cabinet Door Style: Pendleton
Cabinet Finish: Naval
Cabinet Interior Finish: White
Matching framed mirror
11. Quartz material:
Install 3 cm (1 %" thick) Cambria Portrush for the following areas:
Countertop
Backsplash & Side splash
Edge detail: Square/ Eased
12. Vinyl:
Purchase and install the following luxury vinyl planking:
Vinyl: Happy Floors Maui Teak 7"x48"
Locations: Flooring & back wall of vanity & toilet as accent wall
Flooring to be floating
Accent wall will be glued down
13. Glass:
Purchase and install frameless frosted shower glass enclosure with polished chrome finish
Door to be 28" wide
Unit to be 80" high
14. Cabinet Hardware:
Install hardware on new cabinet
15. Accessories:
Reinstall shower shelf above toilet
Install the following:
Paper Holder: Moen
Towel Bar: Moen
16. Paint:
All walls, doors & trim be wood filled, caulked and sanded to a paint ready position.
Walls will receive two coats of finish paint
