Please allow this letter to serve as a written request to cancel the reroofing permit 2106-0533,
for the address located at 6639 Gaviota, Fort Pierce, FL as I am no longer moving forward with the
contract originally agreed upon with the homeowner.
No work has been performed by myself or my company, and we do not intend to do any work at
this location. Could you please cancel and close this permit out as soon as possible? If anything further is
required on my behalf, please let me know.
