which is in conflict with any applicable Home Owners Association rules, bylaws or and covenants that may restrict or prohibit such

Energized Electric hereby agrees to furnish all labor and materials necessary for the completion of
services as specified below:
1) Supply and Install (1) 22,000-watt Generac generator model #7042 with Wi-Fi
enabled monitoring device.
2) Supply and install (1) 200-amp non -service entrance rated automatic transfer
switch with (3) load sharing modules if needed.
3) Supply preformed concrete slab.
4) Deliver and set generator in place.
5) Includes labor, battery for generator, materials, and permitting.
6) Start up and test.
7) Price includes silver maintenance plan which is 2 visits. The first being at your
25-hour oil change and the 2nd in 6 months. (Price per year after 111 year for
silver maintenance is $329.00).
8) Price includes 1st year dealer manage monitoring plan (price per year after 151
year is $99.00).
9) Price includes 10 year warranty.
NOTE: Gas work is quoted on a separate proposal

FLOOD ZONE PROPERTIES:
Customer is responsible for any additional cost for elevated concrete slabs and
the cost of engineering for the elevation certificate if required by building
department
$395.00 of the initial deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if customer cancels after signing this contract
or makes a deposit for any reason. No refunds will be given at all after permits have been
applied for or installation begins
A site survey of your property showing property lines is required to pull a permit. Please provide:
along with this signed proposal
Customer will be responsible for getting approval from their H.O.A or P.O.A Energized will not be
liable for customer not obtaining final approval
Energized electric is not responsible for any delays due to F.R.L. or any electric service provider
for shutdowns. Energized Electric will not be responsible for any delays caused by product
shortages availability of materials or weather delays
Price does not include a sure start or hard start if required for A/C. Additional charges will apply
if required.
