PROJECT MGR: Mr. Chris Arias INSPECTED BY: Todd Rhoten WEATHER: Sunny WORK INSPECTED: Concrete pre-pour at the common walkways – 4th through 8th floors. OBSERVATIONS: Units 401, 405, 502, 605, 704, & 802 • Loose concrete has been chipped and removed. • Corroded reinforcing bars have been exposed and corrosion has been chased until clean bar was found. • No existing bars require replacement as none of them have a section loss greater than 20 percent. • All bars have been cleaned and coated with the approved corrosion inhibitor. RECOMMENDATIONS: • Place repair mortar at areas as per plan.
