1. Completely remove existing roofing materials down to sheathing/deck and prepare as needed to ensure a clean, solid
surface in which to apply a new roof,
2. Inspect all sheathing and replace any rotten wood. (Estimate includes up to 5 sheets plywood sheathing replacement at
no charge, for additional lumber replacement costs, see attached sheet).
3. Install 8-D `Ping -shank" fasteners to existing sheathingMeck to meet current Building Code Requirements.
4. Install (1) ply "fully -adhered" roafrng underloyme rt (Peel-n-stick), applied directly to sheathing, in lieu of #30 felt
o. install new rooting accessories including: drip edge, Fleshings, counter -Fleshings, plumbing stack Bashings, 3 / 10"
Goose Neck Vents for Ventilation, vent Flashings, and valley metal. (Accessories will be fabricated from 26ga / 24ga.
Galvalume matermis/standard colors, or will be made to match metal roofing panels).
6. Seal all penetrations using approved roofing cement and/or sealants,
7. Install new roofing materials/accessories using approved fasteners per code requirements.
8. Thoroughly clean project of all "roofing related debris' and haul away. (Landfill fees are included).

Woos of Nis account will be charged at the rate of I '/, %per month on the unpaid balance, (Maximum allowable by law). If any client is restored
to an anomey for collection, client epees to pay all fees incuned in the collection of the amount due, plus all won costs and attorney fees. Work
will be scheduled upon wane. acceptance of Nis proposal. This proposal may be withdrawn from as if not accepted within W days. "All m jor
