This Indenture made this 4 day of June, 2021 between Drawdy Properties, LLC, a Florida limited liability
company whose post office address is 10690 W. Midway Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34945 of the County of Saint Lucie, State
of Florida, grantor*, and Joel Percy and Rebecca Percy, husband and wife whose post office address is 10550 W.
Midway Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34945 of the County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida, grantee*,
Witnesseth that said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable considerations to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained, and sold to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described land,
situate, lying and being in Saint Lucie County, Florida, to -wit:
The South 506 feet of the North 1,062.41 feet of the following described parcel: The Northeast 1/4 of
Section 11, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, LESS the West 475 feet, LESS right-of-way for public
roads and draiage canals, St. Lucie County, Florida. Containing 1,030,194 square feet (23,65 acres),
more or less.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, limitations, and easements of record, if any; this reference
to said restrictions sliall not operate to reimpose the same, and taxes for the current and subsequent
years.
This CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED is made, given and recorded in order to correct the legal
description of the property being conveyed.

whomsoever.
