Hello Lydia, This is with reference to the comment sheets you sent me on May 27, 2021. Items attached: FDEP permit Property combination application to the Property Appraiser's Office, it was mailed to the Property Appraiser last week. The conversion rate from NGVD to NAVD is on the survey. The factor is 1.49 and it appears in a few locations on the survey, that survey is attached. Also attached is an enlargement of a portion of the survey to make it easy for you to see that conversion factor as the survey or wrote both NGVD and NAVD together to show the conversion rate. The garage floor plan for the 12 unit building has been made consistent with approvals, attached please find a letter from the architect to Kori Benton who has also sent you an email concerning his accepting the architects letter as part of the plan requirement for that garage. Attached is a letter from the previous owner of the property, ODI, LLC. He paid impact fees that were never returned to him and he assigned those impact fees to us when we bought the property.
