Dear Mr. Benton,
This letter is to address zoning comments regarding safety issue in the parking garage of the
south (Mahi-Maki) building. To ensure safer traffic flow and pedestrian safety in the garage the
following measures will be implemented.
1. Curved mirrors will be placed in the garage to enhance visibility at corners.
2. Speed signs will be posted in the garage limiting speed to 5MPH.
3. At garage exit drive a sign will be posted warning "CAUTION PEDESTRIANS
PRESENT".
If this is satisfactory, this letter will become part of the permit requirement.
