Fire damage to bathro m wall & approximately 2 trusses damaged at bottom cord they need to be verified
As in good condition or repaired per design professional . Heavy smoke damage throughout the home. R & R drywall
ceiling insulation, & HVAIP system. Electrical conductors damaged in walls and ceiling of bathroom area. A complete
electrical safety check wil` be required. Heat from fire may have compromised roofing assembly to where replacement is
replacement is needed.
