KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we; Tower Development Corpbmtion,:as Principal, (hereinafter called
Principal), and Westchester Fire Insurance Company, a Pennsylvania corporation., as Surety.(herehafter called.
Surety), are held and and firmly bound unto St Lucie County, Florida, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Ft. Pierce, FL 34982
as Obligee, (hereinafter called Obligee, in the penal sum -of Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty and'No/100
Dollars $12,880.00 for the payment whereof Principal -and Surety bind -themselves; their heirs, executors,
administrators, successors, and assigns, jointly, and.seyerally, firmly by —those presents.
WHEREAS, said Principal has by written agreement, dated April 9, 2010
entered into a coritract with said! Obligee -for Landscape Maintenance at CornmUnication Cell Tower Site
in accordance. with the General Conditions, the Drawings and Specifications, which contract is by reference
incorporated herein., and made a part hereof, and. is referred -to as the Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, the condition of this obligation is such that, if said,Principal shall remedy any defects due to faulty
materials or workmanship, and pay for any damage 'to. other work resulting therefrom, which shall appear within a
Period of 18 months from the, date of substantial completion of the work- provided for in the Contract, then,this obligation
to.be void;: otherwise to -remain in full force and effect,
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that said Obligee shall give Principal and Surety notice of observed defects with reasonable
promptness.
