TREADS - SEVERAL TREADS WERE REPLACED W/ (2) 2X6 MAINTAINING 10.5" TREAD W/ I" NOSING TO MATCH EXISTING AND (2) #10 DECK SCREWS PER BOARD TO STRINGERS 2. RISERS - SEVERAL RISERS WERE, REPLACED WITH 1X SCREWED TO STRINGERS W/ #10 SCREWS, 6" RISERS WERE MAINTAINED BY BUILDER TO MATCH EXISTING 3. STRINGERS - STRINGERS WERE REPLACED USING PT 2X12 STRINGERS - THE OUTSIDE STRINGERS WERE ATTACHED USING (2)'/i' THRU BOLTS TO POST AND THE MIDDLE STRINGER WAS TOE NAILED TO THE CROSS TIE 4. RAILING - SEVERAL STAIR RAILING MEMBERS WERE REPLACED WITH LIKE FOR LIKE MATERIALS - THE BUILDER MAINTAINED THE 36" HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STAIR RAILING W/ A GRASPABLE HANDRAIL AND ALSO MAINTAINED LESS THAN 4" BETWEEN THE BALUSTERS IN THE RAILING 5. POST - POSTS WERE REPLACED WITH PT 4X4 WOOD POSTS - POST BASE CONNECTORS WERE REPLACED USING SIMPSON ABU 44 W/ (12)-16D NAILS AND (1) 5/8" A.B. W/ 6"' MIN EMBD. 6. 2ND FLOOR LANDING - 2ND FLOOR LANDING WAS NOT REPLACED 7. INTERMEDIATE LANDING - INTERMEDIATE LANDING WAS NOT REPLACED S.
