WORK INSPECTED:
• Common walkways.
• Decorative topping & waterproofing – All floors where spall repairs were performed.
• Railing posts & Top rail replacement – 6th through 9th floors.
OBSERVATIONS:
Decorative topping & waterproofing
• Waterproofing and decorative top coat has been placed at all concrete repairs along the common walkways.
Railing Posts & Top Rails
• Railing posts have been replaced at the 6th through 9th floors as follows:
o Units 602, 605, 606, 703, 801, 806 & 902 – (1) rail replaced at each unit.
o Units 702, 802 & 803 – (2) rails replaced at each unit.
• Railing cap 4’ sections has been replaced at Units 803, 804 & 805.
• Stucco has been placed on the top rails to match the surrounding areas.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
• Remove and replace the remaining railing posts & rail caps at the 1st through 5th floors as per plans.
