Plans for new construction or pavement must be submitted to Nettles lsland for review and approval. Upon completion, vour propertv and the surrounding areas must be clean and free of debris. Please comply with the Nettles lsland Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles lsland and provide us with a copy of the permit. Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by Nettles lsland are valid for six (6) months. lf additionaltime is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6) months.
