Dear Mr. and Mrs. Fotos,
The Association approves of the demo you have requested on your property, provided that the lot will be
finished with acceptable pavement for RV parl<ing or new construction of a dwelling. Plans for new
construction or pavement must be submitted to Nettles lsland for review and approval. Upon completion,
vour propertv and the surrounding areas must be clean and free of debris.
Please comply with the Nettles lsland Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles lsland
and provide us with a copy of the permit.
Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by Nettles lsland are valid for six (6) months. lf
additionaltime is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6)
months.

construction, alteration or addition: or for performance, workmanship or quality of work of any contractor or of the completed alteration or
description and shall not be relied upon as an approval or warranty regarding engineering and structural design, building or zoning code
compliance, feasibility or marketability for any purpose, or compliance with applicable building ordinances, standards, or regulations. By approving
the plans and specifications, neither the Architectural Committee or the members thereof, the Association, the Board, its employees and
representatives assumes any liability or responsibility therefore, or for any defect in any structure constructed there from, and said persons further
specifically exclude frorn such approval any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for any purpose.
