Re: Permit#2013-0200—Zoning Comment Response
Dear Ms. Galbraith,
The intent of this letter is to address the Zoning comments received May 3rd, 2021, on the above referenced permit
application. In relevant part, the comment reads:
BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUIRES A LETTER FROM THE OWNER STATING WHAT THE PRIMARY FUNCTION OF
THE SPACE WILL BE. ([A]107.2.1) PER ZONING DEPT, NO ZONING COMPLIANCE APPLICATION
The proposed future use of the building calls for a single office space with a maximum occupancy load of no more than
fifteen (15) persons.The building was previously demised as four(4) individual retail/office uses including a beauty
salon, clothing retailer, property management office and quick-service take out restaurant. Please refer to previously
submitted plans for prior and existing conditions.
