Reference: Rear Sunroom and Front Screen Porch
Dear Steve,
We are in receipt of your request for approval to convert your existing rear porch to a
sunroom with impact windows and 'to screen -in your front porch with: a decorative
screen door.
The Architectural, Control Committee is pleased to inform you that your requests have
been approved as submitted. Please be sure that the company you have selected is
aware that the frames must match the original window frame color. Please note that wall
air conditioner units are not allowed. Also, you must obtain the necessary permits from
the County, complying to the local codes for the above.
