Good Morning Lydia, we are only applying to add a front porch at this time, when we reached out to the survey company to have the porch added it took 9 weeks for them to reply and when they sent it, it was on the back and because in a future date we plan to add a back porch we had them leave it and add the front porch. Is it ok to have that future back on the survey?? To answer the 7/1 comments we brought in 3 hard copies of the plans what other hard copies are needed? We will proceed with the notice of commencement There is no roofing sub agreement we are doing owner builder permit we are adding a roof to the front porch and replacing panels like for like on the existing portion just a different color To answer 7/26 comments as explained above we are only applying to add a front porch at this time per the indicated drawings....
