PARCEL 1:
All that part lying North of a line equidistant from the North and South lines (and the extension thereof), of the land
described as follows: Lot 5, as shown on the unrecorded plat of property of T.M. DEAL, said plat being attached
to, and a part of a certain deed recorded in Deed Book 158, Page 480, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being a subdivision of Lot 2, of THOMAS' SUBDIVISION, in Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 41 East,
according to a plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 206, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with all riparian rights, and EXCEPTING therefrom the right of way of the Florida East Coast Railway, and
the right of way of that certain highway known as Indian River Drive.
PARCEL 2:
All that part of the following described lands lying East of the Westerly right of way of the Florida East Coast
Railway: Lot 4 and the lot of land lying between the West line of said Lot 4 and the East side of the Savannah, and
bound on the North and South sides respectively by an extension Westerly to said Savannah of the North and South
lines of said Lot 4, all as shown on the Plat of property of T.M. DEAL which is a part of a deed recorded in Deed Book
158, Page 480, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The same property being otherwise known as the
South 100 feet of the North 394.66 feet of Lot 2 of the Plat of HAL S. THOMAS RE -SUBDIVISION of Part of Section
19, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, as per plat on file in Plat Book 1, Page 206, St. Lucie County Public Records.
The North line of said Lot 2 being parallel with and 753.72 feet Southerly of North line of said Section 19. Together
with all riparian rights and submerged lands appurtenant thereto; but excepting rights of way of Florida East Coast
Railway and Indian River Drive.
PARCEL 3:
The South 9 feet of that portion of the following described land situate East of the right of way for the FEC
Railroad: The North 294.66 feet (as measured along the North -South One Quarter Section line) of Lot 2, of the
HAL S. THOMAS RESUBDIVISION of Lots 1,2,3 and 4, of the RANSOMS SUBDIVISION of Government Lot 1, of
Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, according to the plat of said resubdivision on file in Plat Book 1, Page
206, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH riparian rights; EXCEPTING therefrom
however, that part lying West of the Savannah and rights of way for Indian River Drive and FEC Railroad.
LESS AND EXCEPT, that portion conveyed to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the
State of Florida as recorded in Official Records Book 1248, Page 849, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
