The Contractor agrees that he will furnish materials described in contract in exchange for payment by homeowner. If the'homeowner resides at an address different from the address where work is being done, this address needs to be provided. Specifications and descriptions of work are covered in this contract. Oral Agreements and Changes in Proposal: Owner understands that there are NO Oral Agreements. Everything the owner expects is written into this contract. Insurance: The company warrants and represents that adequate workmen's compensation and public liability coverage as been secured and his applicable to the work performed under this contract. Proof off the same shall be forward to the customer upon requests prior to the commencement of work. Warranty: The company offers one year labor warranty on all products installed. However warranty of products install will be supplied by the company from the vendor of said product. Siding: Owner a may wish to remove pictures and other such items off valuable which hanging on the outside walls during installation, vibration may cause loosening and after hanging the device, and we can assume no responsibility for damage if in incident of this nature were to occur. Job site. The customer grants the company the right to place a company sign at the site of the job as the work being perform. The customer further grants the company to right at no cost to the company of to use photographs are videos they're off to for profit promotional process at the company's option. Unless otherwise specified the terms of the contract require final payment in cash upon delivery or upon installation. If the purchaser as arrange finance in with a 3rd party the purchaser agrees to execute all documents required by such 3rd party. Any delinquent balance due under this contract shall be or interests @ one and one half percent (1 1/2 %) per month and our annual rate of eighteen percent (18%) from the date such payment is due. It is understood that all warranties here in are null and void and off no force and effect unless the purchase of performs his/her obligation in a timely fashion. If the final payment must be finance then the contract will not be binding until the approval of the finance a arrangement. Florida Lien Law.
