Siding: Owner a may wish to remove pictures and other such items off valuable which hanging on the outside walls during installation, vibration may cause loosening and after hanging the device, and we can assume no responsibility for damage if in incident of this nature were to occur. Job site. The customer grants the company the right to place a company sign at the site of the job as the work being perform. The customer further grants the company to right at no cost to the company of to use photographs are videos they're off to for profit promotional process at the company's option. Unless otherwise specified the terms of the contract require final payment in cash upon delivery or upon installation. If the purchaser as arrange finance in with a 3rd party the purchaser agrees to execute all documents required by such 3rd party. Any delinquent balance due under this contract shall be or interests @ one and one half percent (1 1/2 %) per month and our annual rate of eighteen percent (18%) from the date such payment is due.
