We propose to furnish and install and/or air conditioning and related equipment for your building
located at the above job address in accordance with conditions and specifications set forth in this
proposal. CMi holds title on all equipment installed by our company until final payment is received. We
reserve the right to remove equipment in lieu of any unpaid balance. Warranties are provided Monday -
Friday 8am-5pm (excluding holidays). Any after hour warranty call is subject to after hour's fee.
Warranties do not cover fuses, filters, clogged drains or existing parts and materials.
1 Air conditioning install as per CMI AC plan Date 3/2/2021.
2 Price includes

[41 Carrier condensers to have Sea Coast treatment installed prior to install.
[4] Honeywell heat pump T - 4 thermostats [41 AHU vertical in mechanical closet as per cmi ac plan.
[4] Condensers to be tie down to new a/c slabs supplied by GC,
[8] Float switch's 4 pan floats and 4 inline floats
[4] Emergency drain pans one under each ahu
[41 Refrigerant line sets with underground PVC chase as needed.

Proposal and pricing do not include: Permit fee, tie into home automation system or high
and low voltage' wiring, condenser racks or ceiling framing for ac drops. Roofing, Floor
protection scaffolding, Energy calcs Engineer stamps or structural cuts or modification of
any kind is not in proposal above.
