At the request of the contractor, I have been reviewed the aforementioned project with the
following specific evaluation and inspection(s):
- Review existing building and associated drawings (Job Number: 15-B-27411.) constructed
under the 2014 FBC
- Review new building and associated drawings (Project Number S2008131A) constructed
under the 2017 FBC
I performed a site visit on July 24th, 2021 with the contractor. Based on the new building
drawings (S2008131A), the existing building was incorporated into the designed for expansion
as noted on page F1 of 2. As noted on page E6 of 7, the endwall framing (Frame Line 1) was
designed to remain open such to connect the existing and new building for a seamless and
continuous system. It is important to note the new building addition endwall framing is not
designed for future expansion. During my site visit, I have reviewed and can attest: that the new
building was constructed in accordance to the plan set for the following:
- Location and spacing of Columns for main structure and sidewall frame opEming
- Bolt locations and quantity for columns, rafters, bracing, C-channel, purlins
- Overlap of purlins for proper installation of bolts required per drawings

Inspection DID NOT include any measurements for torque. This was not part of my
evaluation and inspection
Please note all materials (sheeting, bolts, etc.) were provided by the building manufacturer. I
trust these revisions provide the proper assurance to comply with the Florida Building Code and
