Lydia,
Round Island has 64 ERCs reserved. Each lot will need to establish their own customer account with the Utilities
Department.
The onsite water distribution and wastewater collection systems have not been cleared by SLCU or the FDEP to be
placed into service. We will not enter the individual accounts until such time as the systems have been cleared by SLCU
and the FIDEP to be placed into service.
Should building permits be issued, clearance by SLCU and the FDEP must be obtained prior to issuance of certificate of
occupancy.
