1. Inspect newly installed sheathingldeck and prepare as accessary to ensure a clean,solid surface in which to apply a new
roof Existing shingle roof to be removed down to sheathing and prepare as needed to ensure a clean,solid surface in which to
apply a now roof.(Estimate includes up to 3 sheets plywood sheathing replacement at no charge,for additional lumber
replacement casts,see attached sheet.)
2. Install(1)ply Peel-n-Slick metal underlayrneni over sheathing,and mechanically fasten using approved fasteners per code
reyurirernents, 0C Special ty Metal Underlayment comes with a 30 year Limited Warranty.
3, Install new roofing accessories including: drip edge,flashings,counter-flashinga, plumbing slacks,vent fashings,and valley
metal, (Accessories to be£abrimted from 26gad 24ga.Galvalume materials to match roof system.)
4. Thoroughly clean project of all"roofing related debris"and haul away.(Landfill fees Ore included).
