SCOPE OF WORK FOR RE-ROOF: # LAYERS 2 MANSARD
* Provide permit from local building dept if required HIP GABLE XXX
• Remove existing (2) one layer roof down to decking (add'[ layers extra)
* Replace rotten decking at $110 per sheet (4) sheets included
• Any additional wood replacement will be billed at time and material
• Re-nail wood deck using 2 1/2" 8d R/S fasteners 6" o.c. and 4" o.c. at perimeter
• Install self-adhered underlayment over entire roof deck
* Install 3" x 3" roof edge (White)
" Install new plumbing boots, galvalume roof vents and valley metal if needed
* Install new modified bitumen white granulated torch applied roof on flat roof
• Remove all roof related debris from project site
• Provide a Manufacturer Material Warranty and a (3) three year workmanship warranty
Disclaimer Unpredictable and Other Conditions Include But Not Limited To:
1. Fascia that is covered by aluminum or vinyl, sub fascia, and rotten beams where replacement is required
2. Soffit work that is integral to fascia
3. Structural gutters that must be removed to facilitate replacement of drip edge, rotten fascia or sub fascia
4. Roof decking not sufficient to code
5. Any work not included in Proposal/Contract will require a change order to be paid at that time
6. Additional work due to unpredictable and unforeseen conditions will be invoiced as follows:
Material plus 25% and Labor at $75 per man hour for carpentry work
7. Not responsible for reinstalling satellite dish
We propose hereby to furnish material and/or labor-- complete in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of:
