PY NOTICE This Notice is to inform you..that your property is in a Special Flood Hazard Area. The base flood elevation of the property is 5 . feet, NAVD. Federal law requires that a flood zone determination be done as a condition of a federally backed mortgage to determine if the structure is in a Special Flood Hazard Area add if so, to require flood insurance.
