The elevation of the existing house is at 12.30 and the proposed garage addition is at 12.30 as well. The centerline of the adjacent road (A1A) is at 19.00. The neighboring properties all have the same condition where A1A is at a significantly higher elevation. The proposed detached garage sits in Flood Zone AE-11.
