Pierce, FL 34982 Chris Dzadovsky RE: Finished Floor Waiver DISTRICT I Chair Dear Mrs. Liscio, Please accept this letter in response to your request received September 24, 2021 to waive Sean Mitchell the required finished floor elevation of 18"above the crown of the adjacent road.The waiver DISTRICT 2 request is for a proposed renovation of a porch into living space located at 304 Bradley St., Vice-Chair Ft Pierce,FL 34982. Pursuant to Section 7.04.0l.C.3 of the St Lucie County Land Development Code, the Planning and Development Services Director has the authority to grant administrative relief, Linda Bartz when topographical conditions are such that compliance with this subsection would be DISTRICT 3 impracticable or cause grade level conditions detrimental to adjacent or nearby property, consistent with the intent of the Flood Protection regulations and any other applicable portion of this Code. Frannie Hutchinson The Planning and Development Services Director has granted your request for administrative DISTRICT 4 relief of the finished floor elevation based on the following determinations: 1. The property is located within flood zone X. 2. The residence was built in 1978; at that time there was no requirement for minimum Cathy Townsend elevation of structures. DISTRICT 5 3. The room will be the same elevation of the house. 4. The elevation of the center line of the adjacent road is 16.5' NAVD. 5.
