The waiver _DISTRLCT2 request is for a proposed detached garage for an existing single -family -home located -at-6740 — Vice -Chair N Hwy Al A, Ft Pierce. Pursuant to Section 7.04.0l.C.3 of the St Lucie County Land Development Code, the Linda Bartz Planning and Development Services Director has the authority to grant administrative relief, DISTRICT 3 when topographical conditions are such that compliance with this subsection would be impracticable or cause grade level conditions detrimental to adjacent or nearby property, consistent with the intent of the Flood Protection regulations and any other applicable portion of this Code. Frannie Hutchinson DISTRICT 4 The Planning and Development Services Director has granted your request for administrative relief of the finished floor elevation based on the following determinations: 1. The property is located within flood zone X, AE-11, and VE-11. Cathy Townsend 2. The proposed garage will be in flood zone VE-11 DISTRICT 5 3. The floor elevation of existing house is at 12.30'. 4. The elevation of the center line of the adjacent road is 19' NAVD. 5. The proposed finished floor elevation of the garage will be at 12.3', 6.7' below the Administration centerline of the adjacent roadway. This approval does not in any way constitute authorization to begin construction. Prior to the commencement of any construction on this property, an application for specific building Howard Tipton pennit must be obtained from this department.
