Disconnect & remove electric meter, panel, and equipment
from existing guard house at entry to neighborhood.
Install rack and 1-phase, 100A, meter and panel in same location
as existing service. (independant of guard house being removed}
Rehook existing pump timeclock, lighting transformer, photo -cells,
pump start relay and irrigation controller on new rack.
use being removed.
