Dear St. Lucie County, Building Dept.,
Please let this letter serve as notification that I am requesting a permit for Demolition of the interior of
8249-8253 Business Park Drive Port -St. Lucie, FL in order to return it back to a warehouse facility.
The space was previously permitted by a tenant that began renovations, unfortunately they were
unable to complete their renovations due to COVIO-19, as they lost. most of their members, and no
longer had the ability, to financially proceed, so they had to vacate the premises.
We appreciate Vaur assistance in obtaining the Demo permit go we can move forward with the wairk
needed so we can get this space re -leased as soon as possible.
