CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRAND/OR THE REPLACEMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION OR CLEAN-UP. CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL SHALL BE CONFINED TO THE LIMITS OF THE CONSTRUCTION AREA. ALL OSHA REGULATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION AREAS SHALL BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED. 24.
