COMMENT: THE EXISTING PERMITTED SLAB WAS A 4" SLAB WITH NO FUTURE STRUCTURE. THE TIE DOWN FOR
THE GAZEBO IS A 6" ANCHOR BOLT. PLEASE REVISE CONNECTION.
