AMENDMENT TO LEASE SCHEDULE
"CHIS AMENDMENT TO LEASE SCHEDULE (hereinafter 'Amendment") is made as of the c>C-f
day of ^ITLing. 2013, by and between SBA TOWERS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company
(hereinafter "SBA"), and VERIZON WIRELESS PERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS LP, a Delaware limited
partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (hereinafter "Lessee")
WHEREAS, SBA Towers, Inc, a Florida corporation and PnmeCo Personal Communications,
Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership ("PnmeCo") and SBA Communications Corporation, a
Florida corporation, as guarantor, entered into a Lease Schedule dated June 1, 1998 and last executed
on September 24, 1998, as amended on January 28, 2009 and on November 1, 2012 (collectively, the
"Lease Schedule") pursuant to that certain Master Lease Agreement dated June 1, 1998 and last
executed on September 24, 1998 (the "Agreement") and pursuant to which Lessee leases a portion of the
tower site located at 25500 Minute Maid Road, Ft Pierce, FL 34951, and
WHEREAS, PnmeCo Personal Communications, Limited Partnership changed its name to read
Verizon Wireless Personal Communications LP on November 29, 2001, and
WHEREAS, SBA Towers, Inc converted into SBA Towers, LLC effective June 30, 2011, and
WHEREAS, SBA and Lessee desire and intend to amend and supplement the Lease Schedule
as provided herein
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto covenant, agree and bind themselves to the following
modifications to the Lease Schedule
1 Paragraph 5(a) of the Lease Schedule is hereby amended to increase Lessee's current Annual
Rent as follows
The current Annual Rent shall be increased by Six Thousand Three Hundred and No/100 Dollars
($6,300 00), effective as determined by the date this Amendment is last executed by both parties
("Effective Date"), partial year to be prorated If the date this Amendment is last executed occurs
between the first and the fifteenth day of a month, the Effective Date will be the first day of that month
and, if the date this Amendment is last executed occurs on or between the sixteenth and the last day of
the month, the Effective Date will be the first day of the following month Upon the anniversary and all
future anniversaries of the Lease Schedule Commencement Date, Annual Rent, including any and all
Annual Rent increases, will be escalated in accordance with the Lease Schedule The parties hereby
acknowledge and agree that the increased annual payment(s) may not actually be sent by Lessee until
thirty (30) days after the Effective Date
2 "Attachment B-2 - Lessee's Equipment" of the Lease Schedule is hereby deleted in its entirety
and replaced with "Attachment B-3 - Lessee's Equipment" attached hereto and made a part of the Lease
Schedule
3 Capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment will have the meaning ascribed to such terms in
the Agreement and Lease Schedule
4 This Amendment will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of
the state in which the Leased Site is located without regard to principles of conflicts of law
5 Except as specifically set forth in this Amendment, the Lease Schedule is otherwise unmodified
and remains in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and reaffirmed In the event of any
inconsistencies between the Lease Schedule and this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment shall
take precedence
6 This Amendment shall be effective as of the date last executed by both parties
