Dear Mr. Grigsby:

Please submit the attached Application for Building Permit Revision along. with the
$50.00 fee and two (2) signed and sealed copies of the survey. The survey must clearly
indicate that the extent of the proposed dock. does not extend beyond the unexcavated
portion of the waterway, specifically that area that has 'been conveyed to Ms.
Townsend.
Upon receipt and approval of the above, the Stop Work Order shall be lifted and
construction of the dock and boat lift (Permit 0702-0269) may proceed. Please be
advised that reinstatement of this permit does -not.constitute a formal determination of
riparian or littoral rights or grant any property rights or exclusive privileges.
