THIS AGREEMENT ISSUB]ECTTOALL APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS AND ORDINANCES, AND TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We have the right to stop work, without first giving notice to you If any payment requested by this agreement is not paid by its due date. We are not required to start work again until the required
payments have been made. You agree to pay all reasonable attorney's fee and costs incurred by us if we have any attorney toe nforce any part of this agreement. Should we file a mechanic's lien
against the property, you agree to pay the costs cf preparing, serving and filing the mechanic's lien, in ciu ding re as on able attorney fees_ If any payment required by this agreement is in at received by
its due date you agree to pay interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of 18%per year.
2. We are not responsible for damages from fire, windstorm, acts of God or other hazards that are normally covered by homeowner's insurance.
3. Replace mart of the deteriorated decking, roof jacks, ventilators, flashing or other materials, unless stated otherwise in this contract, are not included and additional charges will apply. (Labor rate
$95.00 per hour)
4. We are not responsible for delays caused by (i) anything done or not done by owner or anyone hired or employed by home owner (ii) unauthorized changes to the werk (III) any work delayed by
homeowner tor reasons other' han weatherfacts of God or not authorized by can tractor (iv) disputed labor (v) fire or other casua[ties (vil) delays in material delivery by suppliers

13. Contract Cancellation — If this contract is not retracted within five days from receipt of deposit a 5%cancellation fee will be deducted priorto any refunds.
14. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders
15. This contract represents the entire agreementof the parties. It may not be amended or modified, unless in writing and signed by the parties. In the event of any dispute between the parties relating
to cr arising out of this agreement, the parties shall submit to pre -suit mediation In St Lucie County priorto filing suit. Ve nue for any litigation related to oral out of the work performed shall lie
