This Cover Letter serves as a guideline to the requested Permit Condit llions,for project 1704-0266. The
items are numbered and are in order as they were listed on the Review Comments,sheet.
I hope that we can expedite these corrections and break ground as soon as possible
• Energycalculation FORM R405 has been updated with correct'`information and will be

resubmitted entirely.
• Gable End comment:
• The house does not have a gable end. The front entry shows an open truss
detail, the flat area of the wall section that is seen above the door is a fill in
frame area above the roof line, and does not transfer to the interior space of
the building.
• Manual J Comment: HVAC design was completed by Engineer'of Record,Thomas E.Audit, P.E.
• Florida Building Code 2014 .

• The front door is stated on the plan as a side hinged and it is a 306'8,which is larger
than required minimum.

• Soil Bearing Capacity, please find EOR,Thomas E.Audit, P.E. note on sheet, 71
• Engineers notes reflect,the stated soil capacity on the plan is a building design
requirement, not actual site tested capacity. Soil must meet this minimum requirement
for building. Foundations cannot be properly tested until site is cleared. Soil data will
be submitted to building department prior to pouringof any foundations.
